Our office is located in City Hall at 119 East Commerce Street.
The City Clerk's Office houses the operationsof the Administrative Department which consists of the Office of the City Clerk, Finance, Grants, Revenue, Business License, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets. This department operates under the supervision of the City Clerk/Treasurer and handles the majority of the administrative duties for the City of Greenville.

The City Clerk / Treasurer maintains the official records of the City, including Greenville City Council minutes, Ordinances, Contracts and Agreements, Boards and Committees, Insurance, Deeds to City Property, Claims, and Bid Documents. This Department also conducts elections.
The Finance and Accounting portion of the Administrative Department maintains accounting and finance records of the City of Greenville. These records include Financial Statements, Annual Budgets and Appropriations, Grant Projects, Purchase Orders, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
